After a short summer break, “Food for Brain” lectures are back!
In the upcoming lecture, Prof. Umberto ARENA from the University of Campania “Luigi Vanvitelli” (Italy) will focus on energy / fuel recovery from waste, using thermochemical treatments. Under the shadow of a severe energy crisis, the expected new role of waste-to-energy resources units, which conventional and innovative thermochemical plants can play in a modern waste management system, will be analyzed.
