Dear members of the Rectors’ Forum of Southeast Europe and Western Balkans,
We are sending you a Rector’s Forum newsletter with information on open calls, published publications and a brief overview of future events. Please also find attached the European Research Council News.
We would also like to inform you that the Košmrlj Group (https://www.kosmrlj-group.com/) of the University of Ljubljana Faculty of Chemistry and Chemical Technology is looking for MSCA-PF candidates to join their motivated and enthusiastic team. They are offering positions focused on:
- the development of new sustainable approaches to isotope labelling (mainly deuterium),
- new approaches to organic synthesis e.g. ortho and lateral metalation chemistry,
- new fluorescent probes for early disease diagnosis,
- and new materials for organic electronic applications e.g., OLEDs, OFETs.
The University of Ljubljana as the host institution can provide a full support and guidance throughout the whole application process – from a two-day intensive workshop MSCA PF MASTERCLASS (workshop on proposal writing and information on the experience of successful MSCA fellow, getting information on the submission process and much more) and later a review of the project proposal by external experts. We kindly ask you to pass this information to your colleagues and potential candidates. Interested candidates can contact Dr. Ross Jansen-van Vuuren (Ross.JansenvanVuuren@fkkt.uni-lj.si) by the end of March 2025.
You are invited to share these documents with your colleagues. If any of your colleagues are interested in receiving the newsletter, they can register via this link.
Sincerely,
Katja Cerar
on behalf of the Secretariat of the Rectors’ Forum for Southeast Europe and the Western Balkans
